Ever since director Prem announced the Hat-trick hero Shivaraj Kumar’s 100th movie Jogayya (Jogaiah), it has been hitting the headlines for one reason or the other. Now, the latest buzz about the film is that it is a remake of Tamil movie Naan Kadavul. But director Prem has ruled out that it is a remake movie.
The rumours started making rounds after the news about the first set of Jogayya promo stills in Gandhi Nagar. Shivanna has posed in eight different getups. Especially, one particular look, which exactly looks like Aarya’s getup in Naan Kadavul, sparked the rumours that it is a remake of Tamil movie.
But Prem says that the movie Jogayya is nowhere similar to Naan Kadavul. Talking about the Jogayya photo shoot, the director says that he has released the stills of Shivanna as the aghori in order to create curiosity among the audience. “This get-up has never been used in Kannada films,” says the director.
